High Reach Company, the best privately owned aerial equipment rental company in Florida, is looking to hire a full time Construction Rental / Inside Sales Representative for our Jacksonville, Florida branch. We are looking for a qualified and ambitious individual to join our fast paced growing company.
Job Description – Scope of Duties and Requirements for Construction Rental / Inside Sales Representative
- Ability to communicate effectively, with clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Inside Sales Representative must show proficient computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, experience with working on other rental software a plus
- Create and quote rental agreements
- Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting telephone orders from customers and Outside Sales personnel by obtaining accurate information and requirements including when, where and type of equipment needed at jobsite; selects equipment availability from inventory and enter in the computer to finalize details of deliveries
- Inside Sales experience or customer service skills with knowledge of construction / aerial rental equipment industry preferred
- Requires steady work hours and some overtime
- Able to multitask, have strong communication and organization skills. Must be able to handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner and provide customer satisfaction
- Inside Sales Representative handles rental contracts - ensuring all ancillary charges are included, filing rental contracts and all related paperwork
- Construction Rental Representative must provide manager with updates on Key Accounts and open items
- Able to work well in an open environment and communicate / receive feedback from other Inside Sales staff including Supervisors, other branches, Service Mechanics and delivery drivers
- Fluency in English
Education or experience
- High School or GED required
- Related experience may include customer service, sales representative in industrial or construction, counter or parts associate, account manager
- Having familiarity or experience with various types of rental or industrial companies a plus
